Our line of 3,4 and forthcoming 5 axis machining centres have superior quality and effectiveness among plastics fabricators, who require tight tolerances and accurate repeatability. At MS CNC Art Shop, we understand our customers needs, and we appreciate the importance of maximizing production without sacrificing quality. From high-speed trimming of 3-D plastics products to machining of plastic sheets, our multi-purpose CNC routers and machining centres can accommodate a wide range of requirements.

Wood:
Our 3 and 4 axis CNC routers and machining centres have been used with great success in the woodworking industry. These machines can be employed to produce extremely complex parts and artistic designs out of:

  • MDF
  • MDO
  • HDF

Some typical products created from these materials include architectural panels, custom furniture, signs and lettering, cabinets, wood mouldings, and custom doors, to name a few. While our machines are very effective in large-volume applications, they are also ideal for custom applications.

Foam:
Foams are used in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, packaging, automotive and furniture manufacturing. Foam materials are most commonly seem being used in the mould and pattern industry.
However, machining foam can be difficult due to the material itself, which is lightweight and non-heat resistant. These issues, combined with the often complex nature of the 3-D foam shapes being produced, necessitate an advanced, high-performance cutting and shaping solution.
